Meet Dr. Raquel Rodriguez
Dr. Raquel Rodriguez grew up in Cornwall, NY, where her initial interest in healthcare was piqued by a family of physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators. She attended Yale University, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. Before applying to dental school, Dr. Rodriguez worked as a Healthcare Access Advocate for Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. Dr. Rodriguez graduated from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she received numerous awards and scholarships, including the prestigious Dr. Irwin Quinn Memorial Award for outstanding professional and humanitarian practices. She continued on, becoming chief dental resident at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where she was named resident of the year.
Dr. Rodriguez is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients to facilitate their dental needs. She is committed to providing quality dental care, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Rodriguez loves to learn, and frequently takes continuing education courses so that she can utilize new technology and advanced techniques to enhance her patients’ smiles, while improving their overall health.
Dr. Rodriguez currently resides in Hoboken, NJ with her boyfriend Brendan and their dog Kali. She loves to take Kali for walks, travel, play soccer, and cook.
